Patient Services Coordinator - 12-Month Fixed Term

Ossett Surgery, a large, friendly practice serving 22,000 patients, is seeking a receptionist/administrator for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. You will handle calls, welcome patients, and support back-office tasks, including recalls and prescription processing, while maintaining patient records with confidentiality.

We value calm, solution-focused staff who can work on a rota, communicate clearly, and support the team during busy periods. Refresher training will be provided if needed.
