Patient Services Advisor - Appointment Bookings

Siamo Recruitment is recruiting for a Contact Centre Advisor to join a well-established private healthcare company in Denbighshire. The role is on a temporary-permanent basis with flexible working hours from Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking incoming calls, arranging patient appointments, and delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in customer service is desirable, though not essential.
