Patient Services Administrator (Bank) - Part-Time

Nuffield Health Hereford Hospital is seeking a Patient Services Administrator (Bank) to support reception, appointment bookings and ad-hoc administration on a part-time, ad-hoc basis.

The role involves handling emails, taking payments, and creating reports while ensuring high standards of customer service and accurate data entry. NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent is preferred and prior customer-facing experience is beneficial.
