Patient Service Advisor: Make a Real Impact (Mon-Fri, Full Training)

This full-time role offers £32,468 per annum and a Monday to Friday 8am-4pm shift, focusing on handling enquiries, processing orders and resolving issues related to specialist healthcare equipment.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, carers and NHS professionals, provide accurate order processing, maintain records across systems and uphold high service standards in line
