Patient Safety Investigator: Drive Learning & Improvement

Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust is seeking a Patient Safety Investigator to join the Corporate Patient Safety Team. You will lead on incident investigations, using SEIPS tools, and promote openness and learning to improve safety and patient experience across the Trust.

You will engage with patients and families, support quality improvement, and contribute to the development of policies and learning materials. A passion for patient safety and collaboration with clinical staff is essential.
