Patient Referrals Navigator - Flexible Hours

The University of Southampton Auditory Implant Service (USAIS) is seeking a Referrals Coordinator to support cochlear implant and auditory implant patients across the south of England. You will act as the central contact, triaging referrals and coordinating timely processing of patient and clinical correspondence.

Responsibilities include managing complex appointment scheduling, maintaining patient records and liaising with local clinicians and radiology teams.
