We are looking for a Patient Pathway Lead who can help us deliver an efficient, high quality outpatient service across the Planned and Surgical Care Directorate.
This role would involve working within the Specialist Children's Service, arranging, administering and managing the Multi Agency Plan pathway.
This role would involve working with clinicians, parents, health visitors and other professionals to ensure that children receive the best care possible.
Main duties of the jobThe post requires an efficient, caring and proactive individual with an appreciation and understanding of the confidential nature of the work.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, be excellent communicators with good telephone skills and have the ability to meet deadlines on a daily basis whilst maintaining a positive approach, and providing a quality service that supports our patient care.

Person Specification Qualifications- A high standard of general education or equivalent experience
- Previous experience of working in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of NHS performance targets
- Previous experience of working within the NHS
- Experience of working to NHS performance targets
