Patient Health Care Navigator & Front Desk Lead

Omnes Healthcare is seeking an enthusiastic Patient Health Care Navigator to join our established team at East Dulwich GP surgery. You will be responsible for providing a high-quality administration service and handling inbound and outbound patient calls.

This role places you as the first point of contact for patients, offering a friendly, supportive environment and working with autonomy and confidentiality to support NHS Primary Medical Services.
