Patient Experience Coordinator

Glastonbury Surgery is seeking a Medical Receptionist to greet patients, manage appointments and assist with medical records at our Glastonbury site. The role involves handling enquiries in person, by phone and online, while ensuring confidentiality in line with GDPR and surgery policies.

You will work as part of a team on a daily rota, supporting the smooth operation of the reception desk and related duties with a patient-centered approach.
