Patient Experience Coordinator

BARDOC is seeking a professional Patient Advisor to join our GP Practice in Bury. You will be stationed at the main reception, acting as the first point of contact for patients and visitors to ensure a helpful and smooth experience whether they call or visit in person.

This full-time role (37.5 hours) runs Monday to Friday with shifts 08:00-18:30. You will manage enquiries, update records, arrange appointments, and support the team with minutes and agendas.
