Patient Experience Coordinator - Medical Receptionist

Urban Practice in Aberdeen is seeking highly organised Medical Receptionists to join our team across Scotstown Medical Practice in Bridge of Don and New Dyce Medical Practice in Dyce. The role covers 25-35 hours per week with shifts 08:00-13:00, 13:00-18:00, or 08:00-18:00, Monday to Friday.

You will be integral to patient experience, handling calls, front-desk tasks and administrative duties in a busy GP setting, with a strong focus on communication, IT literacy and teamwork.
