As a Catering Supervisor at Sodexo, based at Royal Stoke Hospital, you'll take the lead in delivering high-quality catering services in a dynamic healthcare environment. What you'll do:

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to support catering operations.
  • Demonstrate computer literacy and use systems for payroll, ordering, and management.
  • Complete and oversee all required daily and weekly documentation accurately and on schedule
  • Follow established procedures and standards, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain stock levels and manage ordering in line with company policy.
  • Train, supervise, and ensure adherence to working practices by front-line staff.
  • Manage staffing through rota planning and respond to customer or client queries and complaints.
  • Uphold Health & Safety and Allergen Management standards across all operations.
