Patient Care Navigator (Part-Time)

Humbleyard Practice in Norwich is recruiting two part-time patient care advisors to join our supportive team across Cringleford, Hethersett, and Mulbarton surgeries. You will welcome patients, answer enquiries, book appointments, and guide them to the right clinician or service.

The roles offer two fixed patterns: Role 1 on Mon-Tue 08:00-18:30 and Role 2 on Thu-Fri 08:00-18:30, with full training provided and a friendly, professional environment.
