Patient Care Navigator & Admin Support

Path House Medical Practice in Kirkcaldy is seeking a Care Navigator/Administrator to join a busy, patient facing team. The role involves handling high volumes of patient calls, booking appointments, and signposting to the right clinician. A strong telephone manner and confidentiality are essential.

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts between 08:00 and 18:00. NHS Pension and generous annual leave are among the benefits offered.
