Patient Access & Care Coordinator (NHS Pension)

Menlo Park Recruitment is helping a large group of GP practices in the South West appoint a Patient Co-ordinator. You'll be the first point of contact for patients, listening, guiding and helping them access the right service.

The role offers Monday to Friday hours, 20 hours per week, with training provided and opportunities for career development. Experience in customer-facing roles and GCSE English and Maths are desirable.
