Pathways to Employment Advisor - Part-Time with Outreach

Brockenhurst College is seeking a dedicated Pathways to Employment Officer to join the QuickStart Employment Services team in Southampton. This part-time role (Wed & Thu essential) requires a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for outreach, with flexible additional hours.

You will provide high-quality information, advice and guidance (IAG) to unemployed adults, build confidence, and broker job opportunities while supporting classroom and assessment delivery.
