Pathway Prevention Coordinator - Housing & Justice

Cyngor Caerdydd/Cardiff Council is seeking a post holder to coordinate staff under the prison pathway and work closely with prison and probation partners to monitor demand and ensure an effective service response. The role requires liaising with partner organisations to develop the pathway and to support clients exiting a custodial setting.

Experience of homelessness legislation and working with the public is advantageous.
