Pathway Lead: Strength & Conditioning & Performance

Somerset County Cricket Club is seeking a dedicated strength and conditioning professional to lead bespoke programmes across the Boy's Pathway, including CAG, EPP and Academy. You will profile players against physical KPIs, producing targeted reports and programmes to foster development.

You will monitor GPS, bowling workload, Smartabase, growth data to inform performance and readiness, and support nutrition, warm-ups, and injury prevention in collaboration with the SS&M team.
