Ryder Reid Legal is partnering with a leading IP law firm to recruit a Patent Paralegal Supervisor for a newly created role. This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on Patent Paralegal work and team leadership, providing the opportunity to support high-profile IP work while developing and overseeing a growing paralegal function.

Responsibilities

• As Paralegal Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the team. Responsibilities will include managing patent filings and prosecution, maintaining docketing and portfolio deadlines, preparing legal documents, liaising with clients and attorneys, and supporting IP litigation where required.
• Take ownership of the supervisory function, including employee relations, training, performance management, and workload allocation.

Qualifications

• Experienced patent/IP paralegal with strong organisational skills and proven supervisory experience.
