We are partnering with a world-renowned Italian restaurant group to recruit a Pastry Sous Chef
Join a stunning seafood-led Italian restaurant inspired by the refined flavours of the Italian Riviera, in the heart of London. We are seeking a skilled Pastry Sous Chef to join the team at this elegant, high-volume venue.
The Role:- Support the Head Pastry Chef and pastry team in delivering high-quality Italian desserts
- Work across all pastry sections in a busy, high-volume kitchen
- Maintain impeccable standards of presentation and consistency
- 48-hour week
- Kitchen closes at 11pm
- Proven experience in a quality pastry kitchen - fine dining or high-volume environment
- Strong classical pastry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Passion for Italian cuisine and elegant presentation
- Team player ready to support and develop junior staff
- Salary: Up to 50,000
