Los Mochis City is looking for a Junior Pastry Sous Chef to join our flagship restaurant at 100 Liverpool Street.

As a Junior Pastry Sous Chef, you will:
- Support the day to day running of the pastry section
- Work closely with the Head Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef on prep, production, and service
- Deliver consistently high standards in presentation, flavour, and execution
- Contribute to seasonal menu development and new ideas
- Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment
- Support stock control, ordering, and waste management
- Help train and develop junior members of the team
A strong Junior Pastry Sous Chef will have:
- Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie within pastry
- Exposure to high quality restaurant or hotel environments
- Solid pastry fundamentals and strong attention to detail
- A genuine passion to learn, grow, and develop
- A positive, team focused attitude
- Strong organisational skills in a fast paced kitchen
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods
