Job Description

Maison Estelle in London is seeking a Junior Sous Chef, Pastry to support the Head Chef in running a high-performing kitchen. You will help lead service, manage prep, ensure consistency across dishes, and back team development in a fast-paced, premium environment.

The role requires 1-2 years in a senior pastry kitchen (Sous Chef or Junior Sous), calm and efficient service, strong stock ordering knowledge, and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach.
