As aPastry Commis Chef at the Ham Yard Hotel, you will be an integral part of ourdedicated kitchen team, creating delightful pastries and desserts that exceedour guests' expectations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to developyour skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Assist inthe preparation and production of high-quality pastries and desserts
- Maintaina clean and organised workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards
- Collaboratewith the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Contributeto the creation of new and innovative menu items
- Upholdthe highest standards of food presentation and taste
- Previousexperience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant
- A strongpassion for pastry and culinary arts
- Excellentattention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Abilityto work effectively within a team
- Aproactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Competitivehourly rate of £13.50 to £14.50 including service charge.
