As a Commis Pastry Chef at Charlotte Street Hotel, you will play a vital role in our culinary team, assisting in the preparation and presentation of our exquisite pastry offerings. Your creativity and precision will contribute to the delightful dining experiences we provide to our guests.

• Assist in the preparation, baking, and presentation of pastries and desserts.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation are consistently met.
• Collaborate effectively with the pastry team to innovate and perfect recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Support the head pastry chef and sous chef in daily kitchen operations.

• Experience in a similar role within a high-quality kitchen environment.
• A strong passion for food, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a team setting and contribute positively to a dynamic kitchen.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
