About the Role

As Pastry Commis, you will support the pastry team in preparing and presenting desserts, pastries, and baked goods to a high standard. Working closely with senior chefs, you will assist with mise en place, service, and maintaining a clean, organised section.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing desserts, pastries, and breads
• Follow recipes and presentation standards with precision
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Support the pastry team during service
• Learn and develop skills under senior chefs

Requirements

• Basic pastry experience or training
