Pastry Chef de Partie - Luxury Venue, Live-in + Rosette

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie for a 4 Luxury Venue in the UK. You will join the pastry brigade to produce cakes, pastries, desserts and afternoon teas for service and functions, using only fresh ingredients and maintaining AA Rosette level standards.

The role offers a 45-hour week, straight shifts, meals provided, and accommodation if relocating. Salary up to £33k plus tips, with staff benefits and an employee health scheme.
