Pastoral Tutor (FE) - Elevate Student Progress

瑓杣 is seeking two Pastoral Tutors to support the learner experience and positive progression at Merton College. Responsibilities include tracking progress of Further Education learners and conducting 1:1 meetings. Candidates should possess experience in delivering student workshops and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
