Pastoral Support Worker - Student Wellbeing & Behaviour

New Leaf School, part of The Mercian Trust in Walsall, is seeking a Pastoral Support Worker on a fixed term basis to support pupils' behaviour and wellbeing.

The role involves promoting a calm, safe environment, encouraging positive choices during transitions, and collaborating with teachers to reinforce safeguarding and student resilience.
