Pastoral Support for Student Wellbeing & Growth

Copleston High School in Ipswich is seeking a Pastoral Support Worker (non-teaching) to support student wellbeing, behaviour, attendance and personal development.

You will work with Leaders of Learning, pastoral staff, teachers, families and external agencies to provide day-to-day support, build positive relationships and maintain a safe, inclusive school environment. The role involves safeguarding and liaising with parents; the school offers development opportunities.
