Pastoral Support & Student Growth Champion

The Basildon Academies are looking for a Student Development Champion to join their pastoral team. This rewarding position focuses on supporting students to overcome barriers to learning, facilitating a calm learning environment and engaging with parents about pastoral matters.

The role is part-time, 2 days a week, during term time, with a salary range of £31,176 - £34,469 (actual starting salary £10,400) and performance-based increments. Ideal candidates will embody the academy's inclusive ethos and trauma-sensitive practices.
