Pastoral Officer: Elevate Student Wellbeing & Attendance

Milk Education is seeking a Pastoral Officer for a welcoming secondary school in Doncaster to support students' wellbeing, attendance, and behaviour from September 2026.

You will build positive relationships, monitor welfare, work with staff, parents and external agencies to ensure students receive the right support in a calm and inclusive environment. A DBS check will be required and you will join a forward thinking education recruitment network.
