Pastoral Mentor: Behavior & Attendance Champion

Kelvin Hall School is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Mentor to join the team in its Resource Bases, Internal Exclusion and Reflection provisions. You will support students and apply strategies to improve behaviour and attendance among those at risk of not meeting expectations.

This permanent, 33-hour-per-week role runs during term time plus 5 training days, with a starting date as soon as possible. Thrive Co-operative Learning Trust supports professional development and wellbeing.
