Pastoral Leader: Student Growth & Wellbeing

Co op Academy North Manchester is seeking a Pastoral Manager to lead the personal development and welfare of pupils within a year group, helping every learner to grow into a happy, confident individual. You will collaborate with KS leads, tutors and safeguarding staff to support year teams and deliver PSHE/SMSC guidance.

The role requires strong leadership, robust communication and a clear commitment to safeguarding, welfare and high expectations for student success.
