Pastoral Lead: Year Group & Safeguarding

John Smeaton Academy invites applicants for a Pastoral Support Officer to join our pastoral team. The post supports the Head of Year and Assistant Principal in daily leadership, delivering high-quality pastoral care and targeted interventions for a year group.

You will work with students, families and external agencies to ensure safety, engagement and progress, with DBS checks and safeguarding at the forefront of duties.
