Pastoral Inclusion & Wellbeing Officer

Christ Church Academy is seeking an Inclusion Support Officer to join our pastoral team in Stone. The role supports pupils with behavioural or wellbeing barriers, working with safeguarding and SEND teams to reintegrate learners into lessons.

You will help run the Reset Room, using restorative approaches to restore relationships and promote attendance. Regular liaison with parents, carers and external agencies is essential, along with maintaining welfare checks and attendance monitoring.
