Pastoral Coach for Hair & Beauty Students

Kirklees College is seeking a Pastoral Mentor - Hair and Beauty to provide 1:1 coaching and small-group support at our Pioneer Higher Skills Centre. You will focus on personal development, wellbeing, behaviour and progression for Hair and Beauty students.

You will play a vital role in removing barriers to learning, ensuring students feel safe, supported and able to succeed, with Safeguarding as a key responsibility and collaboration with college teams.
