Pastoral Behaviour Lead for Student Wellbeing

Saltash Community School is seeking an experienced Behaviour Manager to oversee provision for students needing additional support. The role focuses on creating a positive, inclusive environment and guiding pupils with additional needs to contribute to school life.

You will manage the Reset removal room, support duty staff, work with the inclusion team and parents, and apply strategies to behaviour improvement. Applicants should be calm, resilient and capable of communicating effectively.
