Pastoral & Wellbeing Officer (Year 10) - Secondary School

Philosophy Education, Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Officer for a large Greenwich secondary school.

The role focuses on the wellbeing, behaviour and personal development of Year 10 students, working with the Head of Year, SENCO and safeguarding team to create a supportive learning environment. You will provide day-to-day pastoral support, build positive relationships, track attendance and behaviour, meet parents and external agencies, and contribute to whole-school inclusion
