Pastoral & Development Coach (Maternity Cover)

Vision West Nottinghamshire College in Mansfield is seeking a proactive Support and Development Coach on a fixed-term maternity cover for up to 9 months to support a cohort of learners throughout their learning journey.

You will provide pastoral support for learners facing barriers to learning, work with staff and external services to promote retention and achievement, and help learners develop socially and educationally.
