Pastoral & Behaviour Lead - Safeguarding & Wellbeing

Derby Pride Academy is seeking a Behaviour and Pastoral Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team. The role focuses on leading behaviour, attendance, safeguarding support, student welfare and personal development to help vulnerable pupils thrive.

The post is 37 hours per week, term time only, with a salary on the Derby City Support Pay Scale - Grade J (Points 30-34): £36,390 - £40,240 actual salary. You will work closely with families, staff and external agencies.
