We are supporting a secondary school in Nechells who are seeking a dedicated Pastoral Lead / Head of Year to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student wellbeing, culture, and behaviour.
The Role:- Lead pastoral support for a designated year group
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families
- Drive positive behaviour, attendance, and safeguarding standards
- Collaborate closely with SLT and the wider support team
- Proven experience in pastoral leadership within a school setting
- Confident communicator with a strong presence
- Passionate about supporting young people to succeed
- Ability to handle challenging situations with resilience and empathy
