The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a safe, reliable and efficient passenger transport service, providing confident day to day supervision across early and late shifts to keep operations running smoothly. They will coordinate drivers, passenger assistants and vehicles, ensure routes are planned effectively, and maintain high standards of safety, compliance and safeguarding for all passengers.

They will carry out vehicle and contractor checks, monitor performance, resolve issues as they arise, and communicate clearly with staff, schools, families and service commissioners. They will also support continuous improvement by reviewing procedures, maintaining accurate records, and helping to ensure the service remains cost effective, well organised and responsive to changing needs.
