Passenger Experience Host - Train Station

East Midlands Railway at Nottingham station is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant on a 3 month trial basis to staff information points and help passengers with wayfinding and journey information. Full training will be provided to understand EMR routes and systems.

We are looking for enthusiastic, presentable, reliable and engaging individuals who can talk to passengers and answer questions to assist them with journey planning. Starting shifts available from 15/08/26 to 14/11/26.
