If so, we are now recruiting for a Parts Supervisor for VW Vans in Exeter!The role entails supervising our busy parts department, assisting colleagues with customers, workshop, body shops and other motor traders with parts related enquiries and sales, stock maintenance and planning, accountancy and reporting.The remuneration will comprise a basic package of £30,000 and a monthly bonus scheme based on departmental success and profit. The role will be 40 hours per week, with alternate Saturday mornings paid as over time. Responsibilities: Supervising all aspects of the parts department Serving mainly an internal customer base Ensuring concise stock controls Attending regular stock takes Goods inwards and outwards duties Maintaining Company and Manufacturer administration Departmental housekeeping including warranty controls Requirements Supervising or similar experience preferred Automotive Parts experience required Is flexible, hard-working and able to work under pressure Highly motivated and physically capable of working in a fast-paced environment Clean, full UK driving licence Knowledge of Kerridge and/or other DMS preferredYou will be very competent and capable both on the telephone and in person, be experienced with multi-tasking along with very good administration and PC skills with a background in the motor trade parts department.The successful parts supervisor will need to be smartly presented, conscientious and possess excellent communication skills. We are looking for an individual who is highly organised and efficient whilst having the ability to build a rapport within the team as well as with our valued customers.
