Parts Manager

We areseekingan experienced and drivenParts Managerto lead the parts department of our busyCardiff Audisite. This is a key role responsible for overseeingthe team anddelivering exceptionalcustomerservice to both internal teams andourretail customers.

• Proven experience as aPartsManager or Senior Parts Advisor in the automotive industry
• Experience within the VAGgroup would bea distinct advantage
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and dealership operations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Commercial awareness with a track recordof meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiencyin dealership management systems (DMS)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
