Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an efficient, responsive, and customer-focused aftercare service that exceeds expectations.

  • Drive continuous improvement across service processes, setting clear KPIs and monitoring performance.

  • Manage and review subcontractor performance, negotiating service levels and ensuring delivery standards are met.

  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to develop installation kits and parts packages for new equipment.

  • Act as a primary contact for customer feedback, addressing concerns and escalating where necessary.

  • Create and oversee service level agreements (SLAs) for dealers and distributors.

  • Manage supply of replacement and legacy parts, providing clear lead times and communication to customers.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing records to ensure consistent and reliable service quotes.

  • Coordinate with customers on breakdowns and spare parts requirements; prepare tailored kits for dealers.

  • Lead warranty investigations, analyse recurring issues, and produce regular reports for management.

  • Support Quality teams in addressing product issues, escalating non-conformances where required.

  • Resolve supplier disputes and process chargebacks when appropriate.

  • Foster strong customer relationships while representing company values.

  • Oversee staff attendance, development, and training to align with business needs.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar aftersales, service, or customer support management role is essential.

  • Strong track record of managing customer relationships in an engineering/manufacturing environment.

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to drive process improvements and deliver high-quality service outcomes.
