Parts Advisor: Grow Local Auto Parts Sales

NAPA Auto Parts UK & Ireland is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team in the UK. You will be involved in all areas of the branch and its operation, with a focus on maintaining and expanding the local customer base.

You will take orders by telephone, upsell to increase invoice value, and build long-term rapport with local customers while promoting offers, discounts and competitions. Strong communication and empathy help you excel in this role.
