Parts Advisor - Lloyd Ltd Newcastle

Full-Time Office-Based Permanent Competitive Salary + Overtime

Due to continued business growth, we're looking for a Parts Advisor to join our busy Parts Department at Lloyd Ltd Newcastle.

What you'll be doing:

• Being the first point of contact for our parts customers, in person and over the phone - always being professional, helpful, and efficient.
• Providing advice on parts and accessories, including pricing and stock availability.
• Supporting both our busy workshop, and trade and retail customers with their parts requirements.
• Handling all relevant parts paperwork and administration accurately and promptly.
• Checking all parts and accessories on arrival from suppliers to ensure they are received in good condition.
• Supporting the Parts Department in achieving its objectives and performance targets.
• Working closely with the team to keep things running smoothly - especially during peak times.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a similar role or strong customer service experience.
• Is a confident communicator with great organisational skills.
• Can handle pressure and manage deadlines.
• Is IT literate and comfortable using internal systems.
• Operates as a team player.

Location

Based at Lloyd Ltd Newcastle (Ponteland Road, Throckley, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear, NE15 9EP).

Hours

40 hours per week (Monday to Friday), plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
