Parts Advisor - Uncapped Bonus & Career Growth

Hawk Hiring is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor for a family-run, dual-brand dealership in Tunbridge Wells. You will handle daily parts enquiries, source items from OEM and aftermarket suppliers, and support workshop productivity.

The role offers £30,000-£32,000 basic salary plus a monthly parts profit bonus, Monday-Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays, training, and clear career progression into senior parts/aftersales management within a supportive team.
