Parts Advisor - Full Time & Permanent Location: Corby (NN18)
Salary: £32,000 (No Bonus)
Hours: 45 hours per week
Schedule

• Monday-Friday: 8:00am - 5:30pm
• Alternate Saturdays: 8:00am - 12:00pm

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team at their Corby dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone highly organized, customer-focused, and confident working within a dealership parts department.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer parts enquiries both face to face and over the phone
• Identifying, sourcing, and supplying the correct parts
• Processing orders, returns, and stock requests
• Liaising with workshop technicians to support repair and service work
• Managing stock levels and assisting with stock control processes
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Maintaining accurate records and following dealership procedures

What Our Client Is Looking For

• At least 2 years' experience as a Parts Advisor within a dealership environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced department
• Good IT skills and familiarity with parts systems
• Professional, customer focused approach
